Old Adam is delighted at the surprise gift of a money order from his son working in England. It represents more money than he has ever seen before and he is excited at the prospect of giving a party for his friends and relatives. But as soon as he attempts to cash the money order he encounters dishonesty, deception and bureaucratic red tape.
